The program progressively combines regular strength exercises using machines and weights with functional strength training techniques like Calisthenics, HIIT, Circuit training etc. It focuses on strength gain, alternately with equipment and without equipment.

In comparison with a conventional strength gain program which works on only partly focused muscles, this exclusive program differs in periodically enhancing the integration of muscles that consequently develops the grip of an individual by means of balance and flexibility, reinforcing the core strength of the body. This enhances the physiological intelligence of the body to support it towards absolute strength gain.

We provide workout sheets of the complete program, split up into levels, coupled with competent instructors and effective training.
